I’m Lauratu Osu, an EMCC accredited positive psychology and wellbeing coach, registered health coach, yoga teacher and the creator of the Reconnecting with Radiance framework.I help women who carry a lot (professionally, emotionally, and mentally) reconnect with their energy, clarity and confidence through embodied, evidence-informed wellbeing.
